自從小紅傘 v10 SP1 釋出後，我們陸續接到客戶抱怨有關小紅傘造成很多應用程式掉字問題，尤其是 MS Office，我們第一時間，就覺得是小紅傘 v10 SP1 造成記憶體遺漏 (Memory Leak)，而將系統資源消耗掉，經過相關測試，只要更新病毒碼或移除小紅傘，此問題就不會發生。
剛剛收到小紅傘的通知，今天 11:00 (歐洲時間) 將釋出產品更新以解決此問題。
