當您安裝Dr.Web大蜘蛛企業版用戶端防毒軟體且重新開機後，出現「The license key file does not match the application」錯誤(如下圖所示)，該如何解決呢？


Ans: 這是因為您購買的Dr.Web大蜘蛛授權不包含此項功能，請根據下列步驟移除此項功能。

1. 登入Dr.Web中控後，點擊 [Network] -> [Everyone] 群組 (或電腦名稱)，如下圖紅色部分：


2. 點擊 [Installing components]，如下圖所示：


3. 將 [SpIDer Gate for Windows Workstations] 選單變更成 [cannot]，然後，點擊右上角 [Save] 按鈕，過一段時間後，SpIDer Gate 功能會被移除掉，Dr.Web 用戶端程式會要求重新開機，以完成此動作。
